Your safety and comfort is our top priority at Hillcrest Dental. We are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you and every patient safe during your next visit.
Before arriving for your next visit, a team member will contact you for a phone health screening. Once at the office, we ask for all patients to wait in the car to help enforce social distancing.
All high-touch areas are sanitized between each use, including but not limited to: chairs, doorknobs, counters, pens and tools. We have a dedicated sterilization area for all dental equipment.
Fully Equipped Staff
During your visit to our office, you can expect all team members to be fully equipped with a face mask, gown, gloves, and face shield. All team members and patient temperatures are checked daily.

Our office is open for business and our team at Hixson Smiles is carefully monitoring the COVID-19 situation. As always, we are committed to providing excellent care and service, and safety is our top priority for our valued patients and staff.
We are following the recommendations that have been set forth by The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) for infection control and to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We have also taken extra steps and increased disinfection efforts in the common areas.
We are asking our patients to cooperate with us and reschedule your appointment if any of the following apply:
- Recently traveled out of the country
- Experiencing fever, cough, congestion, sore throat, or flu-like symptoms
- Exposed or suspect you have been in contact with COVID-19
As an added precaution, we are requesting that you stay in your car when you arrive for your scheduled appointment. Please text us at (423) 394-0584 or call (423) 877-1368 and let us know that you are in the parking lot. We will then text (or call) you back when your treatment room is ready. To aid our efforts, we ask that patients do not bring guests with them into the building at this time. This will limit exposure and practice social distancing as recommended by the CDC.
